Terms of Sale:

1. Acceptance.  By purchasing James Publishing’s materials, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Returns of books or supplements. All of James Publishing’s materials are sold on 30-day approval. You may return anything we send you within 30 days of receipt for full credit, so long as you have not defaced or photocopied or downloaded the materials. Ship the unwanted materials and accompanying invoice to James Publishing, 3505 Cadillac Ave., Suite H, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

3. Cancellation of subscription. If you have subscribed to one of James’ quarterly services or bimonthly magazines, you may cancel the subscription at any time and receive a pro rata refund.

4. Shipment of updates. When you purchase a book from James, you will automatically receive the book’s next update with an invoice. Updates published within 90 days of your book purchase are free. You may return the update within 30 days for full credit. You may cancel the update service at any time by calling 714-755-5450 or e-mailing customer service.

5. Single-user CDs. All James CD-ROMs are sold for use by one person at a time. They may not be installed on networks or offered to multiple users unless a multi-user license is purchased.

6. Credit investigation and approval. Your order is subject to credit and other approvals and acceptance by James. James reserves the right to decline an order.

7. Collection costs. James has the right to recover costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

8. Entire agreement. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and James.
