Robert K. Gill has served as a criminal district court judge in Tarrant County since 1993. Prior to taking the bench, he served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for 11 years. A respected jurist with a statewide reputation in criminal law practice, Judge Gill has written numerous articles and publications, and has lectured on criminal topics throughout the state of Texas. Judge Gill has been a board certified criminal law practitioner since 1988.

Mark G. Daniel is a criminal law specialist with Evans, Gandy, Daniel and Moore in Fort Worth. He is certified in criminal practice by both the Texas board of legal specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Mr. Daniel is past president of both the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Association. He is a frequent author and speaker on criminal law topics.
