David Frangiamore is a principal of 2nd Insight, Inc., a consulting firm that provides expert witness services and testimony in a wide variety of insurance related cases. He is a former unit claims manager for Nationwide/Wausau Insurance. While at Nationwide/Wausau, Mr. Frangiamore was responsible for the supervision, litigation, and settlement of most of the major West Coast environmental claims and litigation. He also served as manager of the California construction defect unit, which handled insurance claims involving some of the largest residential construction projects throughout the State of California. Mr. Frangiamore has also testified in numerous environmental cases, and is available to testify as an expert on complex insurance claims. Many judges, private mediators, special masters, and attorneys recognize Mr. Frangiamore as one of the most effective negotiators of complex insurance claims in the country. Mr. Frangiamore graduated from Union College in Schnectady N.Y in 1981 with a bachelors degree in political science; and from Golden Gate University with a Juris Doctor in law 1985. Mr. Frangiamore has been admitted to practice law in California (active) and Washington State (inactive). |

Thomas McGreal is a partner with the Law Offices of Bentley & McGreal, LLP, with offices in Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, and San Marino, CA. The firm specializes in personal injury, insurance bad faith, class action, and estate planning matters. Currently, Bentley & McGreal is playing a prominent role with lawyers across the country on class action matters against numerous insurance companies for using biased computer programs to misrepresent the values of total loss claims and medical services on automobile first party insurance claims. Mr. McGreal practiced tax law until 1987, when he began working on personal injury matters with several law firms, including Rose, Klein & Marias. In 1991, Mr. McGreal opened his own practice, taking over the Law Offices of Arthur Jaffee. Thomas McGreal received his undergraduate degree in 1977 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. McGreal attended the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii where he received his J.D. in 1984, and then became a member of the Hawaii bar. He attended the LLM in Tax program at New York University. He joined the California bar in 1987. |

Clinton E. Miller
is a nationally recognized insurance
consultant, expert witness, author, and lecturer. He has extensive nationwide experience
as qualified trial expert witness in state and federal courts in both civil and criminal
cases. He has testified in over 400 cases involving insurance-related issues, including
more than 90 trials. His expertise includes allegations of bad faith, coverage disputes, coverage interpretation, and insurance industry standards, customs and practices. Since he began working in the insurance industry, Mr. Miller has adjusted approximately 34,000 claims for over 150 insurance companies. He has trained adjusters and written claims manuals. He has owned and operated his own independent insurance adjusting firm, and worked as a claims manager for a national insurance company. Mr. Miller holds federal and state insurance adjusting licenses, is a licensed private investigator, and is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner. In addition to providing consulting services to insurance companies and policy holders, Mr. Miller acts as a consultant to the California Department of Insurance and the California Legislatures Select Committee on Insurance Reform. Mr. Millers formal education includes an AA in Insurance Adjusting and Investigation from Foothill College, a BS in Insurance Risk Management from San Jose State University, and a JD from Lincoln University School of Law.
