Howard O. Boltz, Jr. is past president of the Federal Bar Association, Los Angeles, and a partner in the law firm of Bryan Cave. Mr. Boltz has served as the president of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, member of the Federal Courts Committee of the California State Bar and has published articles in various publications, including ABA Litigation. Mr. Boltz graduated from Harvard Law School in 1976.
