About the Authors

Thomas R. Eineman was a James B. Angell Scholar at the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Distinction in 1979. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in 1985. Mr. Eineman is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the State Bar of Michigan, the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the American Bar Association, and the Hernando County Bar Association. He previously served on the Marital and Family Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar and was a member of the Steering Committee for The Florida Bar’s publication “Florida Dissolution of Marriage,” Sixth Edition. Mr. Eineman limits his practice to the area of Marital and Family Law.

Roberta G. Stanley received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh magna cum laude in 1979 and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University cum laude in 1983. She was a member and editor of the Nova Law Review. Ms. Stanley is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the area of Marital and Family Law and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). She is a member of the Family Law Sections of The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Stanley is on various committees with The Florida Bar and the AAML. Ms. Stanley limits her practice solely to the area of Marital and Family Law. She is a partner at Brinkley, Morgan, Solomon, Tatum, Stanley & Lunny LLP. She handles complex family law matters and has lectured and published various articles in the area of Family Law.
