Clayton R. Kaeiser
has tried over 150 jury trials to verdict. The charges in these trials have
ranged from capital murder, Medicare fraud, and practicing medicine without
a license to DUI, horse theft, and drug cases of all types. Mr. Kaeiser has
represented clients in 21 counties in Florida. In addition, Mr. Kaeiser has
filed more than 200 appellate briefs and argued appeals in front of all five
appellate districts in Florida and the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Kaeiser worked for the Miami Public Defender’s office from 1982 to 1988, and then opened his own criminal defense firm. He has been a board certified criminal trial lawyer since 2003, and has an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer rating. B7 |
