Richard Rosenstock has over 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in civil rights claims against state, federal, and local governments. His experience includes numerous police misconduct and employment discrimination cases. He has tried, settled, or is currently working on more than 200 civil rights cases. 

Mr. Rosenstock is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been attorney of record on numerous successful civil rights appeals, including Wilson v. Garcia before the United States Supreme Court. He is also a recipient of the Courageous Advocacy Award from the New Mexico Bar Association for successfully representing minorities, victims of police misconduct, and employees.
