Mr. Mahoney served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office, Cambridge, Massachusetts, from 1991 to 1993. As a prosecutor, he tried approximately 30 cases, and prepared and argued 14 appeals, winning all but 2.
